Wale – Hey… Mr. Carter
Who says there aren’t lyrics in Hip-Hop anymore?
Someone that doesn’t listen to Wale.
“I ain’t riding Im just payin homage if I ain’t strive to be Shawn
Id end up like Ki-Jana
but fuck that im no bengal im a lion,
my mind Patrick Bateman with the rhyme in!”
“Maryland is where I am, you ni**as is behind us
The Game is a store I am the Male Wynonna Ryder!”

Tell me you saw Jamie Foxx starting up a new reality TV show hosted by Fonzworth Bentley. Trying to represent a bunch of clowns as “G”s and somehow turning them into “Gents”. The whole think reeks of cheap imitation. How could you do anything about Gs and not mention Mike Mason?
Peep this:

Justin,
Ha. I do actually remember seeing a commercial for that G’s and Gents thing over the weekend during a Amsterdam Nap.
Looked terrible. But probably worth watching once on a hungover Saturday.
The only show I can really stomach these days is that Anthony Bourdain show. Travel, Food, drinking and cigarettes. All he needs to add to the show is fly girls and it would be right on target.
Did you watch that Jamie Foxx show?

Nah, I only caught the commercial for it. I was fairly disgusted and I think the only way I would watch it is recovering from a night out of actually being a G rather than trying to learn to act like a G. You cant learn how to be a G unless either youre born one, or you read the Manifesto.
That Bourdain show is nice though, my pops watches that religiously, along with a show exclusively about dope steakhouses.
Keep it real MPM,

Who is Ki-Jana?

Ki-Jana Carter, 1995 Rose Bowl Players Of The Game along with my main man Danny O’neil.
“After being selected as the number one overall pick in the 1995 NFL Draft, Ki-Jana Carter tore his anterior cruciate ligament on his third carry of his first preseason NFL game of his rookie year. Carter never fully recovered from the injury, which robbed him of his speed. Carter compiled only 1,144 rushing yards in 10 seasons.”

Nah, I only saw the commercial, looked real whack.
The Bourdain show is nice though, my pops watches that, South African News, and a show about dope steakhouses exclusively.

Its funny you the only one giving Wale some love. On another note, you should do piece about Chocolate City-either when you were chopping it up back in the day or recent fly bys.

I mean I had the city,
I’m the meanest with the lyrics
But I felt it was cliché to do a freestyle to ‘A Milli’…
Hold up – sometimes I wish it was ‘03

Chris,
“you should do piece about Chocolate City”
– In the works. That Cameo track is sick too.
