Yoga Game Part Two: Yoga Mat Street Game
Yoga Game Part Two: Yoga Mat Street Game
So I kind of dig this whole Yoga thing. It makes my back feel better and I think it actually helps my boxing.
I decide to buy a Yoga mat.
On my way walking to my class, mat in hand, I notice girls are smiling at me.
Normally, I am a nightmare walking, psychopath stalking, and girls clutch their purses tighter when I roll down the street.
Number Crunch at the corner with a little Street Game.
Yeah, I think there really is something to this Yoga thing in the modern day world.

Yoga works wonders for flexibitlity/injury prevention. Crucial for any contact sport where you’re going to be getting hit or have to be strong in awkward positions. You get your stretching done while surrounded by a roomful of fit women in tights. What’s not to like?

G,
A couple of powerful conversation tips while you spread your Yoga game:
1. Read up on the Chakra Theory http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chakra and try to incorporate that in your convos – yoga girls eat it up like a Somali famine survivor at an all you can eat buffet.
2. I’ll share a personal favorite with you, and this makes for a really interesting story at other settings also: they say that the real theory behind all these tough and at times weird yoga postures is not that it helps you keep your body fit. The health part is merely a side effect, and rather the real aim of yoga is to go deep within yourself and ultimately towards spiritual enlightenment, and when a yogi is exploring the depths of his consciousness through meditation his body automatically forms those weird postures, and the reverse is also true – that if you form these certain postures, you will go deep into meditation and this is the theory behind yoga.
